Sales Support Specialist duties:
Buddy role with one of our existing account managers for the sale of equipment.
Managing their diary, follow up notes and booking appointments with existing clients.
Preparing and following up quotations.
Handling and resolving incoming queries.
Liaising with marketing and prospecting for new business.
Customer care of existing base.
Our buddy role has a proven track record in pairing you with one of the most successful salespeople in the industry and helping you integrate into a highly motivated sales environment. Training and development is offered both internally and externally.
The ideal candidate will…
Possess an excellent telephone manner.
Have a proven track record of either appointment making, lead generation or customer interaction (preferably in a B2B environment) and ideally customer interaction via telephone.
Good level of literacy and maths.
Knowledge of CRM and IT knowledge including Word and Excel.
Be a pro-active person with experience of working in a deadline driven office.
Possess drive and tenacity to be successful in a highly rewarding environment.
